If something is not working, a location needs correcting, or you have a question about the app, email us with a short description and the type of phone you use.
Privacy policy
Your journeys belong to you.

Location
Location access is optional and is requested only when you choose to show your position on the map. The app does not store your location or add it to your journal. Map providers may process map and location data under their own privacy policies.
Guide content
The app connects to our content service to download countries, cities and ziyārah information. Our hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure that service.
Support messages
The Help screen prepares an email in your phone's email app. Nothing is sent until you choose Send. If you contact us, we use the name, reply address and message you provide only to respond and resolve the issue.
No advertising or tracking
Pilgrims Atlas does not contain advertising, sell personal information or use data for cross-app tracking. The consumer app does not require an account.
Your choices
You can refuse or disable location permission in your phone settings. You can edit or delete journeys, visits and notes inside the app. Removing the app also removes its locally stored private journal data, subject to your device backups.
